When both system and business requirements are complicated, it can be difficult enough just to understand what’s needed and what the options are. And that lack of understanding can make innovation difficult.  Fortunately, “bridging the gap” is an area where Tushar excels. With both a technical and child support background, Tushar can guide you through challenging system needs and possible solutions. Tushar also brings additional experience across commercial, federal, and state roles.

As a Client Services Manager, Tushar works with clients to develop innovative (and still cost effective) solutions. In fact, his favorite part of the job is helping clients identify and implement creative options that meet their needs.

For one client, Tushar helped to initiate and implement an enterprise-level project that used the client’s existing tools. The result? Tangible benefits to judges and attorneys and improved process flow. And the use of existing tools also meant that the solution was cost-effective as well as efficient.

Tushar’s understanding of business and technical needs makes him an effective leader, too. In addition to his understanding of systems and child support, his colleagues praise his ability to connect with others.

With 13+ years at Auctor, Tushar appreciates that creative problem-solving is part of the Auctor’s culture. “Auctor is open to taking all opinions/feedback from their employees and where prudent, implement changes,” he says.
