Kim developed her understanding and working knowledge of QA at an S&P 500 company. She’s brought that enthusiasm and deep knowledge to Auctor, where her skills and passion for Quality Assurance shine through in everything she does. She especially loves formalizing and improving testing and SDLC processes and takes great pride in being a key contributor to Auctor products and services.  

When Kim came to Auctor (11+ years ago now), she says “Everyone I met through the interview process was fantastic, friendly, and open to new beginnings with QA.” And, she says, the same people who interviewed her are still with Auctor today--and still committed to QA.  

Kim loves mentoring the QA Team, guiding and empowering them to be successful and to continue to grow in their roles. She loves to see her QA analysts get “digital high fives.” Her team, meanwhile, has their own kudos for her—they appreciate that she’s always available to jump in and help, and they praise her commitment to providing the highest quality standards. 

With the QA test team now established for some time, Kim’s focus is on expanding the team’s services to a full QA organization. She continues to identify opportunities at Auctor where skilled analysts can help ensure quality at every level and in multiple areas. 

 Kim’s commitment to QA means that she helps everyone stay current in QA practices. And she makes sure that she stays current, too. In addition to an Associates’ degree in Computer Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University, she holds multiple certifications from QA organizations, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) and Quality Certified Software Quality Manager (CSQM).
