Howard Box

As Director of Technology at Auctor, Howard plays a key role in making decisions related to technology vision. That includes the information technology that’s used to deliver products and services to Auctor’s customers. He holds responsibilities for IT infrastructure, operations, software development, and IT strategy. 

Howard’s well-rounded background includes strategic views of services and solutions.  At Auctor, he has driven services, strategy, and design to meet our customers’ technology needs, including ongoing operations and modernization objectives. 

Before joining Auctor, Howard held multiple roles in software development—these included defining software specifications and managing development for ongoing releases of a web-enabled inventory optimization and analysis software product. He managed software projects in the telecommunication industry for billing and analysis products. 

“I was attracted to Auctor because of its client retention plus its core values and size,” Howard says. “We are always trying to improve, with each other and with our clients. That’s a great approach.” His staff agrees, noting that his positive attitude and willingness to try new things help to turn ideas into realities.  

Outside of work, you may catch Howard riding his motorcycle. He also enjoys cooking and photography.  

Howard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University.
